Process management
The company's production workshop is divided into three production lines, part of the process of outsourcing processing.
Billet production line (billet production for all products), turnaround plus production line or outsourcing
Machining production line: the products after the blank production line is completed, after acceptance, no subsequent products to the finished product warehouse;
Surface treatment production line: produce all products that need surface treatment. After machine processing, the products are produced in one line, transferred to final inspection and accepted. Geshift finished goods warehouse.
Other outsourcing processes: after the completion of the outsourcing process, it will be submitted to the general inspection, and after the acceptance, it will be transferred to the next order or into the finished product warehouse.
